Through social mobilization, Kripa encourages local leadership and emphasizes accountability, transparency, and inclusivity.

Both women and men are empowered to create and implement village development plans, participating in Gram Sabha meetings, public hearings, and government outreach. Kripa offers training on topics like government schemes, social issues, micro-planning, leadership, and networking to enhance leadership skills. These activities aim to increase knowledge, build skills, and boost community confidence.

Kripa's efforts focus on initiating sustainable village development and improving the quality of life for community members.
