WHAT WE DO
Livelihood & IGP
Kripa focuses on empowering women and dropout children by promoting sustainable livelihoods and enhancing their well-being. We provide training in vocational trades tailored to their interests, while also teaching dropout youth entrepreneurship and life skills. This approach develops their capabilities, assets, income, and essential activities for securing life's necessities. Skill training equips individuals with technical expertise and opportunities, empowering them to run businesses confidently, and enhancing communication and time management skills.
Thousands of dropout youth and women have benefited from our skill training programs. Many have started their own businesses, while others have secured employment in various firms. Kripa has established hundreds of women's self-help groups to promote social, economic, and political empowerment. Over four thousand women have launched income-generating units, utilizing loans from these groups and banks.
